Does the license ever expire?
No. Bookkeeping-OCR uses a perpetual license model — buy it once and use it forever on one computer. There are no annual renewals, no subscription fees, and no expiry dates.
What is the 1-year service contract?
Every license includes a 1-year service contract from the date of purchase. This covers email customer support and free software updates (bug fixes and current feature updates). After the first year, the app continues to work indefinitely — the service contract is optional to renew.
Do I get software updates?
Yes — free updates are included during your 1-year service contract. Bug fixes and feature updates released in that window are yours at no charge. After 1 year, you keep using your current version forever; renewing your service contract keeps updates coming.
What does the renewal lock-in mean?
As an introductory offer purchaser, you lock in a discounted renewal rate of $19.99/year for up to 2 additional years (billed annually on your anniversary date). The regular renewal rate is $34.99/year. This rate is guaranteed for those 2 renewal years — no price increases.
What is the free Invoice Module upgrade?

Can I use the app on more than one computer?
Each license covers one computer. If you need to move to a new machine, contact support@bookkeeping-ocr.com and we'll transfer your license. Only one computer can be active at a time.
